Overspeeding is common among new road users/drivers. However, some motor vehicle accidents (MVA) are also caused by drivers who uses their cellphones/mobile phones whilst driving (Texting friends, calling friends, etc.,), drivers who are under the influenced of alcohol or drugs, drivers who are not familiar with road rules/road signs, drivers who doesn't obey road rules and of course, those cars that has unreliable motor service records.
